Impartial Research
Our in-house research team is committed to balanced, institutional-quality analysis. Each strategy is backed by our high standard of due diligence and relies on our experience advising on a variety of alternative investments.
IAP seeks strategies that can be readily differentiated. Meaning, we seek to identify high-quality private equity funds with solid investment philosophies that have the ability to deliver appropriate risk adjusted returns. We conduct rigorous due diligence on a manager’s operations, risk-management practices, back office, and investment discipline. Analytical and quantitative reviews are used to evaluate strategies to determine their competitive advantage over their peer group, as well as their correlation to a broad array of public and private markets. The experience, talent, and integrity of the investment team are key ingredients in our evaluation.

When acting as a true and transparent fiduciary, you need to view solutions from the vantage of the client and do it with pathological empathy. What's in the clients' best interest? What do they want? How do they want to be treated? How do they want an advisor to be compensated? Only when you can view your business from your clients' perspective, can you be a truly unconflicted and unbiased fiduciary.
