His team deploys qualitative and quantitative scrutiny to negotiate, implement, and monitor alternatives. Matt also serves as Managing Director of Verdence Capital Advisors OCIO business. He was formerly Regional Director of Consulting at Fortigent, LLC.

Megan leads research and determines IAP’s strategic and economic viewpoint. She heads the investment committee and sets investment allocations for IAP’s private investments. She is one of the financial media’s go-to resources for all things markets and investing. Megan also serves as Verdence Capital Advisors CIO. She served as a Director and Senior Investment Strategist at Deutsche Bank.

Leo provides focused leadership and a clear vision for the firm's growth. He supports the team's unique, positive work culture, and he challenges individuals to always achieve at the highest levels. He serves as a spokesperson for the firm has been featured by some of the most prestigious financial media.

As an IAP Fund Accountant, Emily provides a wide variety of client and support services, assisting the advisory and executive teams. Emily previously served as an Operations Analyst at Morgan Stanley. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Financial Economics from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). Michael is responsible for managing and monitoring investment solutions and he serves as a steward of the overall due diligence platform. Nick supports the Chief Investment Officer through research and analysis of the macroeconomy and individual asset classes.
